Why you should avoid Pilger closing company
I had a simple purchase property in cash and I paid it all in a few days.
After that long waiting. I had to request several times to send me my documentation what any normal closing company would send immediately after purchase. And every time was something missing. After 5 months property is not officially recorded in my name in the county. The last excuse was the mail was lost and they need to make new contract

Completamente decepcionado, aparentemente solo les interesa el dinero, cobran $83 por una cita de 10 minutos en la que no son puntuales, viaje casi 4 horas para que me digan cosas que ya sabía y finalizar con un "No podemos ayudarlo", no recomiendo este lugar en lo absoluto.
