I’ve been making calls to local companies to shop for the best quote. So far, every other company that I’ve spoken to was eager to help. They asked for the loan amount, purchase price, everything they need to give me an accurate quote. When I called Coast Title Company, the person who answered the phone didn’t seem like they were eager to help. She said “ it’ll be an automatic $1000 not including insurance so yeah.” Then she said it depends on purchase price, loan amount, etc. I responded by saying, “Okay would you like me to give you that information” (which was awkward because every other company went ahead and told me what info they needed) She responded with “I mean you can…” and right away it turned me off from even using this company. Being able to connect with potential clients over the phone is important. She just gave me the impression that she didn’t really care. Maybe she’s used to people not having enough money. But ultimately if someone is calling with a need for a quote, it’s the workers job to help guide and assist. She didn’t seem eager to help me with what I was asking for. I don’t like feeling as if I’m bothering someone & that was the energy that was given off.

Nicole has been extremely helpful in resolving a complicated family real estate issue. She is intelligent, personable, thorough, and accessible. I would highly recommend her for your legal needs.
