I had the great fortune acquainting with Brooke under unfortunate circumstances related to being charged with a DUI in 2019. As a student, I was distraught with the incident leading to my arrest and concerned on how the forthcoming proceedings would impact my education, my career, and my life. From the very beginning Brooke was clear with the processes, costs, and what she was going to do with the court and my case. There were some significant complications in my ability to complete court ordered courses and requirements - due to being out of state after my hearing dates. Regardless of my geographic location or any small hiccup that came along, Brooke was always there - responsive and helpful at every step of the way. These qualities are greatly important and necessary in dealing with criminal matters levied against you. Understanding how the law implicates you is complex - having someone explain it in every possible formulation, with clarity and quality, is imperative. Brooke possesses all these qualities - along with a hefty dose of tenacity to get the best outcome for her client. I am grateful for Brooke's work on my case and her sincere efforts to keep me apprised of everything that evolved as the case went on. Could I complete court requirements out of state? Deadline's were fast approaching but facilities to complete requirements were close - society was dealing with the beginnings of a pandemic. These were great concerns of mine, would I be found in contempt? Not with Brooke on my side. The court was swiftly dealt with and I was able to successfully navigate the charges against me and have them expunged thanks to being able to count on Brooke at every turn of navigating court orders while BOTH out of state and traversing a pandemic. I highly recommend Brooke to anyone with legal troubles in Mississippi. If she doesn't have the answer - she will find it - and the solution will always be satisfactory.

Over a span of 7+ years I've used Kevin W Frye (Frye|Reeves) for various legal needs. Early on, Brooke came into the scene and It was clear to see she was a team player, eager and ultimately a deal maker. Two DUI charges, municipal and justice courts, appeals and expungements--needless to say, they rose to the occasion with 100% success in overcoming each challenge. Brooke specifically handled the expungement of both arrests and facilitated the dismissal of one DUI-Refusal. She was confident in her interaction with prosecution and judge, even though she was considerably younger than any representative in the courtroom. In addition to this--I noticed she was the only female attorney and I'd be willing to bet her results exceeded any others from this particular appeals court.
