I've had the opportunity to work with Karl Steinberger and Tristan Armer for over the last decade. When we first started working together, we had a mutual client with a Workers' Compensation program that was incurring rising costs. Within that program were old, heavily litigated cases that had been around for years. Together we worked diligently at resolving these cases one by one. We worked hand in hand with our client by providing counsel/guidance on how to improve their WC program. Our hard work paid off and our client was eventually able to remove $1 million dollars of their WC money back into their general surplus.
