Slightly rude. Not people friendly

Matt and his staff were great. From the initial consultation Matt was calm and compassionate. He provided realistic expectations and was very upfront on what would likely happen. We got a reasonable outcome that was fair, which was my goal. I would 100% go back to him for legal services again if needed.

I had been in a litigious custody battle for years. I felt a different lawyer had let me down & started to lose faith in the legal system. Will and the team at Lott Law quickly knew my case’s ins and outs and did not stand for the intimidation I was facing. Will reassured me at every moment and in a time of need worked much quicker than my previous lawyer. One of the scariest times of my life. Child custody. To make matters more difficult, I was in a different state than my custody hearings. Matt was AMAZING! I’m forever thankful, for Matt’s willingness to legally “spar” with an obstinate and relentless defendant. These guys are top tier best there is when I first spoke with Matt and told him about my situation he was very professional kind and explained things to me because when it comes to anything to do with the legal system I'm completely oblivious. He told me the steps that needed to be taken and broke it down for me in a way I could understand. Then when will and I started talking things started to get moving and he was with me every step of the way answered any dumb Questions I might have had always answered the phone /text / Email whatever he took a really scared and horrible time in my life and reassured me every step of the way But also being honest and not telling me something he couldn't actually do or accomplish.
