I CALLED AND GOT SOME ANSWERS TO SOME QUESTIONS..

having trouble getting him to file motions or even help me. im going to ask him to file some now. if he does it, i will modify review later. hes still a work in progress in my case. hopefully he is still learning and will do the right thing. i dont want to sue him
