Devin Whitt is by far the best attorney I have ever met. He's understandable, reliable, professional, and personable. He took the time to listen, understand, and get all of the details before appearing in court. He answered every question and gave the best and worst case scenarios. I appreciate how he was very real and honest. Devin is quick to respond via phone and email, and also makes the time to meet on short notice. He handled all paperwork and negotiations with care. The outcome was very positive and if ever needed again, he will be the first person to call. Therefore, I highly recommend Devin Whitt.

I knew from the moment the I received the divorce papers from my now ex-wife’s attorney it was going to be a very frustrating experience. I did quite a bit of research on local attorneys with a proven track record dealing with cases like mine and was given the name of Devin Whitt by a friend. Devin had represented him previously with his own divorce. I called Mr. Whitt the next morning and he asked me to come in for a consultation. He was very easy to talk to and understanding of my frustrations but at the same time he had a serious demeanor that assured me he was up for the job. I hired Devin and he began to work. Throughout the process of my divorce I was often angry or upset and he always gave me the time I needed to make clear decisions and when necessary guided me in a direction that had my best interest in mind. He had his work cut out for him, but he never let up. He fought tirelessly for my case and he never sugar coated anything or told me what I wanted to hear. He was realistic and calm in his approach but aggressive when it came down business. Several times during my divorce he would pitch an idea to me or we would be discussing something, and I would agree. He would always stop and make sure that this is what I really wanted and that I did not feel pressured or forced into doing something I wasn’t comfortable with. This made it very clear, he wasn’t only there to win a case or collect a check. He was there to help me, to fight for me, and to make sure that I was making decisions because it was what I really wanted. He worked on my case for nearly a year and I wasn’t always the easiest person to deal with, in fact I am positive I made his job much more complicated. Regardless of what obstacles were placed in his path, he persisted. Eventually we settled the divorce with practically exactly what I had asked for in our first meeting the previous year. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results I received from Mr. Whitt. Devin isn’t one of the attorneys they had in mind when they wrote all those bad attorney jokes throughout the years, he is the real deal. I would recommend him to anyone and I would hire him again without question.
