Chris met us at my father's nursing home because Dad was unable to get this office. He was so respectful of Dad and made the whole process of discussing difficult decisions and issues very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Chris also called a week later to follow up with us and to see how Dad was doing.
