Mr. Mercier is an amazing lawyer. He saved my career. When faced with a delicate and difficult issue with the Mississippi nursing board, I eventually realized I needed a lawyer. Doug Mercier came highly recommended to me by another nurse who he also helped. I was extremely stressed and thought I was going to lose my nursing license. Mr. Mercier immediately gave me comfort the first time I talked to him. He quickly grasped the situation, and took over all communication with the nursing board. After several months he was able to get my case dismissed without any penalties.
You never imagine as a nurse that you’re going to get a phone call from some investigator from the nursing board. It was the worst nightmare of my life and Mr. Mercier saved my career. If you ever get contacted from the nursing board don’t talk to them, call Mr. Mercier instead.

This "law firm" is actively trying to swindle and hoodwink veterans. They are one of the many firms trying to cash in on the 3M earplug settlement. The difference is, they post videos like this and then tell you to submit your contact information to get questions answered. The firm responded to many commenters on this post but refused to answer any questions directly. When a vet submits their contact details it also gives a prompt to sign a legal agreement. That agreement will make it so the vet can't go anywhere else for help. They give that legal agreement prompt before ever contacting the person with the question. This is absolutely shady and just another predatory business that targets veterans.
When I questioned this practice they blocked me from commenting on their facebook page, if that isn't an admission of guilt I'm not sure what is.
The lawfirm then proceeded to comment on a post I made about the shady practices of duping veterans, mostly combat, into carelessly signing a legal agreement by pop-up ads.
