Myself and 2 of my children were rear-ended at 6am on a Thursday morning. Completely smashed in the back end of my suv which landed us in the ER. After speaking with a respected leader of the community, I was referred to Chatham/Gilder/Howell/Pittman aka www.thelawyersthatlisten.com J. Howell took over my case and handled everything from my insurance, the other partys insurance, as well as the health insurance inquiries. He frequently updated me on any movement forward and was always willing to answer any additional questions. The staff were always very pleasant throughout the process as well. Upon the release of the final settlement, I was extremely pleased with the amount and getting in and out in 15 min. The entire experience with J. Howell/staff was quick, easy and stress-free. I can honestly say, he was a lawyer that listened and got the job done!!

I fell while on a commercial property. I had to have a titanium prosthetic put in my elbow. It took 4 months of grueling, time consuming painful physical therapy just so I could get the use of my arm back. It would take me a year to recover enough to function without pain. I'm now partially disabled and my life is forever changed. Mr. Howell cared about me and my family. I never once got the feeling it was about the money. Mr. Jamie Howell handled the case of sister after she passed away in a car accident. He was more than helpful. Mr. Jamie checked on my family and I every day and also after the case was over.
