Me and my husband had mr Dalton middleton the man is outstanding he is caring and very efficient and over and beyond and the kids love him he is fantastic person!! He is passionate about his job and totally is patient with his clients thank.you !!

Unfortunately I think that the office has gotten more business than it can handle. I've used this practice twice in the past and had zero complaints. I actually was so pleased with service that I have referred several people there. Having said that, I hired Mr. Middelton again to perform a child custody modification. Under the circumstances it was considered a seven day matter, literally meaning I should be in front of a judge within seven days. My husband and I met with him either the 9th or 10th of March. It's April 7th and not only have we not seen a judge, the other parent has not been notified and I know that because we were never contacted to provide the address. The most outrageous part in all this, is that even though the office was to busy to handle my case they still processed my debit card draft I authorized in agreement with a payment plan I set up. I'm now in the process of requesting a refund in the amount of $900. I absolutely hate to burn bridges and I was really pleased with the way my previous cases were handled, but c'mon, this is ridiculous. *In response to the statement from said law firm below, please people don’t fall for it. I have no reason to lie. Once I requested a refund because of my case being forgotten about I did receive it. Matter of fact someone at the office took it to my bank and deposited it in my account because we had moved states away. That is why I hired him, we were moving states and I needed the custody and visitation modified. No “new facts” presented themself, I was never notified that the office decided “not to pursue my case”. It was quite literally cut and dry. Draw up papers, serve ex, have court date. No one was even fighting it. If you’d like to get on a public forum and call me a liar please be sure you have facts about the issue. If your memory is still foggy I have the emails to prove EXACTLY what I said was true. I will be happy to forward them so you can edit your response calling me a liar. As you said, have a nice life.

Worst lawyer I've ever hired to do nothing because that's exactly what he did was NOTHING and I do mean nothing at all. I wouldn't hire them again to defend my dog.Slugs👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿these people are crooks ,I never acted inappropriate this was a simple case until this pedifile that prays on young women thought we we're there to black mail him for being an cheater . Totally not professional, he was referred by someone who knows this girl ,to say that I acted inappropriate was crazy ,as to the fact that we knew nothing about any of this .These people are not professionals.
