I called in because of a situation that was out of control before it even got to me and I was quite frazzled. Mr. Woods with Bonds & Botes handles the situation with a quickness unparalleled to any I’ve witnessed and I didn’t feel like I was judged over this situation. He was very nice and extremely helpful.
