Jeffery and his partner April are the BEST! I will never use or recommend another lawyer. They answered all of our questions and reassured us on all of our doubts! Mr Kay's was hired after an incident that my son had with CPS that lead to his arrest. He is very professional and hung in there with my son for 2 years of his case that lead to his case being dismissed.

I had my trial in 6 months which put him in a hard place to prepare, but he truly heard my cry for help and took my divorce case anyway. Not only did Mr. Kays calculate the incorrect child support amount, but then when my ex filed a modification and the incorrect calc was noticed, Mr. Kays weaseled his way out of making it right. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. This simple uncontested divorce turned into a complete nightmare.

Do not use this lawyer he cares about nothing but getting paid. Once I paid for the full amount I could never get ahold of him again. He didn’t give me all the information I needed ahead of time so on my last court date I had to make a huge decision on the spot that effected my life in a big way. This could have been avoided easily. Not to mention on my first court date he showed up a little over an hour late without even being prepped for what to expect. I feel I could have done better with a public defender, possibly going in alone.
