Highly, highly, highly recommend!!! The whole firm is incredible and really helped us out of our legal bind. This is my first time working with a Law Firm and I am extremely satisfied. It can be a little intimidating in the beginning, but Annalia Balcunas and Stephen Grafelman are sure to ease those nerves with kindness and compassion. They are both extremely helpful with everything you could need and I wouldn’t want to work with anybody else. Highly recommend!

Their attorney Stephen Grafelman did a fantastic job with communication and keeping me up to date with the courts comings and goings with my case. The case was ultimately dismissed, thanks to Benjamin Law. One critique I do have, is I’m not a big fan of the “sales pitch” initial consultation. I’ve interviewed many lawyers in the past, and haven’t ever had one with its own client acquisition ambassador haha. Beyond that however, the experience was as easy and pleasant as this type of service can be.
