I was charged with a DUI in a small Cass County municipality. I hired Kim as she was referred to me by a former prosecuting attorney. For the amount of money I shuffled into their pockets I got slapped with huge fines and years or probation not to mention too much community service, not worth the money and wen it’s all over they will take their money from you, this firm does not ask they take what they want from your account even if it overdrafts you 500 dollars. Never would I recommend this firm.

Would not recommend Kim Benjamin she does not return calls. I have called her 5 times and left messages, which I have dates and times which I called. No call back, she's received money. Looking for a professional!
