Nick has done a great job for us.

Nick Dudley is one of the brightest lawyers I've ever met. He truly fights to get the best result for each of his clients, but what makes him my go-to attorney is the fact that he will always tell me what I need to know. Traffic tickets, employment claims, civil cases with contractors, car dealers and other service providers--doesn't matter. Nick always has great counsel. Most of the issues I've consulted Mr. Dudley on have been minor, but he is the only person I'd turn to with even the most serious legal problem. He's also extremely well connected in Kansas City. If he doesn't think he's the best person for your legal problem--he will send you to the best person in the city to make sure you have the best attorney possible.

Paul was a great help with my auto accident. I was having considerable trouble with the insurance agency. They would not return my calls or respond to my emails. Paul immediately got in contact with the insurance adjuster and within a week I was provided with compensation. Paul kept me up to date with every detail of the case and asked the right questions to ensure that I was properly compensated for the accident. I've known Paul for close to 30 years and know him as a friend, confident and definitely my attorney of choice. Having made the wrong choices with attorneys many times before and given the "we'll take care of it...." attitude I've learned there's a big, big difference when it comes to your choice of lawyer. Most just want to "settle" the case, get the money and move to the next one. That's definitely not Paul Evens. Paul did not grow up as an attorney or come from a family of attorneys or come from wealth. He's an everyday man that learned life much before becoming an attorney as a choice of career and fighting for the underdog. And as such he understands the everyday person and all the trials and tribulations we go through on a daily basis. And this is what you want fighting for your rights, someone that's been there! I've seen him in action so many times, not only on some issues of my own but I spent time at his firm consulting on business practices for about 6 months and was able to watch him daily in action handling other clients and how the same caring and fighting for his clients went into each case, no matter the size of the case or the subject matter. He understands the law and is in your corner. I've personally seen this calm and caring man become a "fighting tiger" in the courtroom for his client and frankly I was shocked the first time I witnessed how much of a fighter my friend was but yet very proud to call such this man my friend.
