My husband and I have more peace of mind today than we’ve had before. We attribute that to our work with Josh Dale who was critical to our estate planning. We have utilized his expertise to document our wishes and produce a will for each of us. He was also instrumental in identifying different legal options for the transfer of assets, enabling us to wisely decide which option was best suited to our goals. In each instance, his explanations were clear and easy to understand. Once we decided which course of action was right for us, he went out of his way to walk us though the specific steps that needed to be completed. This provided immense comfort to us, as we do not have to worry that we missed a critical element. Mr. Dale has been very easy to work with, he is respectful and considerate of our time and how we make decisions. In our case, we elected to move more slowly, working on one document at a time. We will continue to utilize Mr. Dale on all our additional estate planning.

Josh did a great job working with my sisters and I on our dad's estate. He had lots of good advice and treated us with respect. He's a hard worker. I really appreciate the job he did!
