I was charged with a bogus assult charge in 2012, the prosecuters had made a plea offer that I declined due to the fact I would never admit to guilt if I was innocent. I talked to several lawyers in the area and felt like most of them were more then happy to take my retainer as if I was just another number. When I met with Mr Naioti I felt he was involved and took my case very serious due to the allegations and sentence I would have received if I was found guilty. Long story short after depositions and numerous hours on my case we went to trial, I can tell you I have never scene a more organized, surgical Lawyer like Mr Naoti, after 9 hours of deliberation, he ended with his closing arguments, as satisfied as I was before I was overwhelmed with the way he constructed the closing arguments and put everything together. We Won the Case, and justice was served. Trust me when I say this court is not a joke and if you are going to pay for a lawyer you better be sure you have the right one.
