Very good customer service.

I googled family law and estate planning and this law firm came up on both searches. I called and asked to schedule a consultation about estate planning and I was rudely told that he couldn’t help me and I should call another law firm. Very rude and unprofessional. I know that this is Cape and we don’t have much to offer, but I hope that Trae Bertrand isn’t actually considered premier. I called the Tarry Law firm and they were very helpful and personable on the phone and scheduled me an appointment immediately.

I was in a car accident and was at a loss. I called around a few places and Mr. Bertrand seemed eager to help and very genuine. I had spoken with a few lawyers and it always seemed I was not worth their time by the way and tone they spoke to me, some never called back. He's a real go law the best one

They seem like good people however needing representation the pay way too high in my opinion given the notion i wouldnt be helped much with my case.
