I think attorney Andrew Tarry better get more up on the laws concerning CDL license holders before he takes on any more cases. If you have a CDL I do not recommend using Andrew Terry as an attorney. I spent a lotta extra money and time to take a defensive driving course that Jefferson City does not recognize for a CDL holder and ended up with all the points and ticket on my license any way, on top of his fee's. That ticket should have been held in till I finished my DD course . A good attorney would have known that.
