Mr. Checkett helped me with a family trust which I was a co-trustee on. My sister was trying to take everything and once I hired Mr. Checkett he was get all the copies of what I needed. He never acted like my questions were not important. My first time to hire an attorney and he made the experience bearable with an unbearable situation. He is quick to answer my emails or phone calls. He helped me understand documents I had no idea of. I never thought you can call an attorney kind, but Mr. Checkett was kind and understanding of my situation. I think his fee's are reasonable. I would for sure hire him again if a situation came up. I highly recommend him to be your attorney.
