Friendly staff

I have been talking with Checkett & Pauly for months now. They are very helpful. I can email and they reply right away. If they do not have an answer they find it and get back to me. I feel like a human being that matters! Thanks girls!!

The receptionist is extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. If you want legal help, I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you want someone to be completely rude to you and then slam the phone down in the middle of you talking then this is definitely your place!!

Grate place helped me alot, will be going back if i ever need a good lawyer.

We had to file bankruptcy and she was recommended to me by a friend . That was a great recommendation. She saw us through the whole process and answered all the questions we threw at her, she is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of bankruptcies and she is pleasant to be around. Highly recommend her to anyone needing the help we needed.

I hired Mariann Morgan to represent me in a chapter 7 bankruptcy case. She was very thorough and professional in the handling of the case. She was able to move the process along at a pace I was comfortable with and was very responsive to my particular needs. Her prices were fair and accurately quoted in advance. Throughout the course of the case, I reached out to Mariann for questions and updates. Each time, whether I emailed or called her, she always responded promptly. I never got the run around from her office and was always able to reach her directly when the need arose. Everything in the case played out as she said it would and I have zero negative comments about the services that were provided. If you are looking for an attorney that is fair, competent, and responsive.......I would highly recommend contacting Mariann Morgan.
