This was a complete waste of time. Recieved no information regarding a financial exploitation/ abuse concern that I have other than giving me a referral to an attorney, in another state, to consult. I explained I have consulted with a local attorney already and its a financial issue preventing us from going that route. How is hiring an attorney in a neighboring state even a legitimate referral? The question regarding exploitation and/ or abuse wasn't even addressed.

I appreciated the stimulating conversation with Felicia. Although the case itself was fairly straightforward, my immigration status added some complexity, especially since USCIS needs to better inform the DMV about EAD extensions. Felicia promptly understood what needed to be done from my lengthy explanation. She was quick, straightforward, and efficient. I liked that.
