I highly recommend Kyle McKay for your legal services, which can be complicated. He takes time to explain and guide legal decisions. He is knowledgeable and thorough. Decisions related to making a will can be an emotional process, but Kyle has a laid back demeanor which made us feel at ease. We feel confident knowing we have taken steps to ensure our wishes will be in place if anything should ever happen to myself or my husband. We found Kyle McKay through my Met Life Legal Plan to assist with establishing a will/ estate plan. My husband and I are in our 50's and have two college-aged children. We should have done this years ago, but it is often hard thinking about ones mortality. It is such a relief now knowing we have a plan in place where our children will be able to inherit our assets without dealing with probate in the court system. We also have started thinking about our healthcare wishes. Kyle provided us with a very professional Estate Plan binder that will guide our family in time of need. If you are thinking about making a will / estate plan, don't hesitate and just do it. You definitely will be glad that you did!
