Mark and Ron walked me through the probate process in regards to my children, minor beneficiaries, receiving life insurance money from my grandmother's policy. This was a lot more difficult than originally anticipated and their help was invaluable. I heard different things from different people -- the representatives at the life insurance company, the financial advisor over my grandmother's estate, and the probate court clerk of St. Charles County all had different opinions on how this process works. But, Mark and Ron provided clarity on it all and led me through the entire process, step by step. I highly recommend them and my husband I will refer back to them again in the near future to set up our own wills and trust. Thank you!

This attorney is well deserving of 5 stars. I contacted the Lacey Law Firm on a couple of incidents and both were handled in a timely, professional manner. Mark helped me on both cases and he did an outstanding job. As my business lawyers, they have helped with multiple things like employee contracts and lease agreements. You never thing people are going to try to take advantage of you, but they have been there to support and protect me and my business and I am grateful to them for that.
