I was recommended to this law firm for my divorce. They were very professional and attentive to anything I needed from them. All my questions were answered and explained everything to my level of understanding. I would recommended this team of lawyers to anyone.

The attorneys and support staff at Grant, Miller, and Smith have to be some of the best working in St. Louis. They are always able to answer questions in a timely manner and are very helpful with understanding confusing legal questions. I cannot recommend them enough!!

My wife and I worked with Charlie to write up a last will and testament. This was our first time working with a lawyer in any capacity and it was a fantastic experience. Charlie was extremely detailed - sending over an intake form, developing a draft based off of that and then working with us in-person to finalize the details. The whole process was completed in a timely manner and with a great level of care and focus. Appreciate the work and have recommended him to several friends and family who have also expressed a positive experience.

We retained Kylee Mattoon of Grant, Miller, Smith in March of 2022 for complex custody and domestic violence case. We had been referred to the law firm and told to ask for Henry Miller, but he was unavailable. We needed a senior lawyer to handle the complexity of our case. I have since come to find we were assigned an associate attorney who had only begun to practice law. This was a huge detriment to our case. This attorney could not advocate for us as she did not have the experience necessary to represent her client's interests effectively. This has resulted in the case dragging out unnecessarily with thousands of dollars lost in the process that we simply don't have. I started noticing that Mrs. Mattoon was even less available than she was initially, and her work became lazy and lackluster - extreme delayed replies to emails containing important information, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I have very little reference in legal matters. However, one week before she went on maternity leave, she informed me that she was pregnant and would be taking leave! And I then discovered why I had received such subpar service for all these months. She was merely biding her time, stalling until she was able to go on maternity leave at the expense of my case. I asked to have our hearing reschedule in her absence, and I was told we had to have our latest hearing by Mrs. Mattoon, with a new judge and fill in attorney in her absence (another nonsense associate attorney, Charles) to request a trial date, as was our plan. At that hearing when I requested a trial as instructed and promised by my attorney, it was denied because my fill-in lawyer did not fight for me. He was simply a body filling space and told me to mediate with my abuser after almost a year of failed attempts. I had sent him an email with all the background information to catch him up to speed and he simply said and did nothing. Just a body in a chair. We could have rescheduled the hearing upon Mrs. Mattoon's return and saved money, but I have a feeling she won't come back as apparently she had a child with another lawyer at the firm. How very...professional. Had I known she was pregnant earlier on, we would have retained new council earlier to avoid this, but this information was intentionally withheld from us to the detriment of my case. Needless to say, I am disappointed with this law firm and how myself and my family were taken advantage of financially by being assigned and inexperienced lawyer who had no ability to effectively fight my case. We have since retained a partner at a different firm, whose expertise level and years of practice gives me confidence that he will take my case seriously and work hard to protect myself and my child. I only wish Grant, Miller, & Smith had done the same. But at least my family was able to fund their multiple vacations over the past year. Lesson learned, hire a partner or senior associate and nothing less!

Henry Miller and his staff provided both professional and friendly service to my inquiry regarding divorce services. They were recommended to me by a friend who is a lawyer and who personally vouched for the high quality of their work. They took time to answer questions and promptly sent the paperwork required to initiate the process. After a period of time, my personal situation changed resulting in me wanting to discontinue the divorce proceedings. They promptly returned the appropriate fees and wished me the best. I highly recommend them.

Mr miller as a G.A.L doesn't do his job at all and very unprofessional

They are the best law firm I could of hoped for. Justin Winn handled my case perfectly and I could not of asked for a better lawyer or outcome. He won my case without even having to go to trial. He was there for me every step of the way answering all my questions and reassuring me that my ex would not receive any money or possessions from me after the abuse I suffered . They made me feel trusted and did not dismiss my concerns ever. I would 100% recommend Justin Winn and the Grant, Miller and Smith Law Firm.

I'm very satisfied with the service of Grant, Miller & Smith. They treat my case in a very professional manner, guide me with good advice and got a positive result in court for me. My lawyer was Kylee Mattoon and I will definitively recommend her. She represent me in a case of a unfair request of order of protection against me. She hear what I have to say about it, was always available to answer my questions, did review my evidence and guided me through the process. This situations are very hard for anyone and create a lot of stress to people that are not familiar with the legal system. Having her helping me, was great and really helped me to keep the good fight for justice. Thanks so much, ill give you 5 stars!

If there were no stars to you I would guess law firm is absolutely ridiculous they overcharge you. They fill you with a lot of false promises and hopes their attorney Charlie Flynn was even boozing up with my soon to be ex-wife‘s attorney as if there was something going on behind my back I am about to notify the Missouri state bar association not that I can change anything but at least have it on the record this is a no **stars
