I reached out to Attorney Webb after working with someone who stole my ideas and never paid. This person also solicited money from people in my name. Attorney Webb was patient and guided me through the cease and desist process. I was able to get all my content removed from YouTube and the account flagged. She also gave me advice about how to seek compensation and oversaw the process of creating my contract/form for future clients. I sought Attorney Webb’s representation through an ARAG benefit to file for an Order of Protection. While she initially inspired a great deal of confidence, telling me “we will win this,” as the weeks unfolded she seemed to be forgetting key details of my case. On the day of the hearing, her demeanor seemed unsure, frazzled, and meek in the face of the opposing counsel and the judge. Despite having a litany of clear-cut evidence in our favor, she actually advised us to dismiss the case and opt for a consent decree instead. She was flustered while negotiating this with the other attorney—making inaccurate statements and failing to bring up relevant counterpoints. In the end, I was confused about the actual worth and efficacy of the piece of paper I walked away with, so I reached out for her help to understand it, but I never heard back. I would not recommend this attorney. In court, I felt like I did not have a real advocate on my side. Like another reviewer, I have often wondered if my ARAG case was a lower priority for Attorney Webb. I hope that explains it, because the other conclusion is that her best work was just lacking.
