My experience with this law firm has been okay. Everything was very professional, but I would say the beginning portion was more frustrating than anything. Receiving phone calls from multiple people on the case caused some confusion but I would always ask if things could be explained in further detail via writing/email. I did have to wait over a year & 2 months for settlement but I am grateful for Adam Gizzi, the reduction specialist. He explained every question I had completely, updated me with every little detail in a timely manner. I would have rather spoken to Adam the entire case if I could because he answered every phone call and responded quickly to every email. Thanks again! Have a blessed one :)

Well, at the beginning it went well as well as the closing but in between the 15 months it took to get the amount that i got it was 1 star service it almost feels like you've been ghosted I got updates only when I called and you can feel others energy because energy travels I felt as though I was getting on their nerves I would be put on hold until I hangup so that was undeniable, 13 months in I just wanted it to be done with, I'm not going to list everything but I will say I won't do business with them again. I meant to give 3 stars I hit the 4th one by accident. Sorry

Chaly the paralegal was very helpful throughout the beginning an Adam was then assigned to my case. Adam was very professional. He informed me of each and every update and returned calls promptly. I too, was charged almost 400$ for additional attorney fees which didn't make any sense considering any time I've ever used an attorney all the fees where calculated in one invoice...smh..

I would like to give a shout out to Adam he was a great employee he gave me great updates on my case and everything was on time just like he said thanks for everything and thanks to the other staff as well great job team

Adam Gizzi was great with helping me out when it came to the finishes touches to my case. Although this was quite a wait( been a year and 5 months to get my check) I’m glad it’s all over. They are professional and don’t mind me bothering them with questions. 4/5 stars just because of the wait 😅

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR CASE HANDLED BY THEM!They are unprofessional and play with time and very all over the place there are plenty of law offices that would do 100 times better than this place! If I could give the case to somebody else I would gladly snatch it out the hands of these people along with they arms that’s how bad I hate working with them and they never answer the phone!

I am overall pleased with the out come of my case, however it took 2 1/2 years to reach a settlement. I received very little communication the first 2 years about The status of my case and when I would reach out I would always have a different person assigned to my case and they seemed to be annoyed that I was questing the timeframe. When Adam took over my case in 2022 the communication was more frequent and I reached a settlement faster. Adam was always polite and answered my questions to the best of his ability.
