They are responsive, which is key for an attorney, because you are going through a difficult time when you are having to work with a family attorney. Typically this is uncharted territory for most, and Hais knows this and goes above and beyond to educate their clients. They are the best family attorneys in St. Louis and are located right next to the court house in Clayton. This is a plus, because you are able to avoid all of the extra transportation and travel costs that other attorneys will charge, just to appear in court. Hands down Susan Hais and Caitlin Keene are some of the best Divorce attorneys in St Louis. After going through 3 other attorneys in Jefferson Co and getting the shaft from all of them, my case was a complete joke. I found Susan Hais, she took the case and felt I was clearly not being represented correctly. As you can expect I was about ready to just quit and give up, since being honest and truthful does not seem to get you anywhere these days in court. Susan stepped in and told me what to expect and the real costs worse case, to prove everything to go to trial. I did not want to spend anymore but understood. The first court date with Susan the other Attorney pretty much gave up and settled the case finally, I was amazed how worried and nervous he was, I am not sure what The two amazing Attorneys did to the opposing counsel in the Judges chambers, but it felt good to finally see a day in court going right for a man. During the whole remainder of the case Susan and Caitlin were always understanding of keeping their time time and billed fairly, they really worked for me and got it done. I was impressed and I am happy to highly recommend these two amazing Attorneys to several folks so far and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know who is in need of their services. Never have I been in a car collision. This law firm is the best in town! They exemplify and show immediate concern to my husband and I. Yacksary Elliot one of the most caring case managers at the firm. They handle business in a very professional manner and for that we say “Thank you!”

Horrible! These people are nothing but scam artists. You can never get in touch with anyone. A simple soft tissue injury took over 3 years and I ended up with half of what the insurance offered me. They refused to go to court, you are better off handling your case yourself.

I actually never spoke to my lawyer which is strange but his assistant Doniel was fabulous, he answered every question I had and was very professional. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that it has taken forever to receive payment. I was in a accident in 2006 and received payment in 7 months and it was a very serious accident.But love Doniel!!!

The worst lawyer I have ever used . The communication is absolutely horrible . My family and I used the chiropractor they recommended and now they want to withdrawal my son from the case because they are unable to get enough money to pay for his bills . I would never recommend this place to anyone and if I could give them zero stars I would . Having no lawyer and collecting your money on your own is better then using this place.
