I went through K&p for a motor vehicle accident an I can say I was highly unsatisfied in the results. It always took them months on moths to reach out to me only way I would be updated was when I called. Adam gizzi was awesome when it came to the end of the case he notified me constantly about my check an when it will be mailed to me he was the only one who work I was satisfied with. I will never recommend K&p to anyone took over a year for me to get a settlement of 1200 i honestly don’t feel as if they fought hard enough for my case I had to go to the scene take pics an send them to them. They was not going to do that they used Google images of westflorissant way before the construction. Mainly what I’m saying is Adam should leave and find a new law firm that can utilize his people skills and his job duty skills. Other than that DO NOT RELY ON THIS LAW FIRM

Everyone was nice and pleasant

This law firm is the worst law firm ever NOBODY ANSWERS you leave messages send voicemails and emails nobody responds back you have 20 people working on your case and nobody has any idea of what they are doing. The law office is supposedly located in Clayton Missouri but when you call they are in Florida this doesn’t make any sense these people need to be shut down. They have so many employees but nobody is capable of doing anything as far as law practices. They are very rude when you call up there they simply hang up on you, your better off finding another place or fighting your case yourself they literally allow your case to collect dust on their desks while they sit back and do absolutely nothing. The attorneys don’t even know what they are doing when you ask them about your case information they don’t have any information? Seriously? You people suck and I will report this to every social media site until you guys come to realization that you treat people horribly and don’t care at all.

I am so thankful that I contacted k a n n e r n p i n t a l u g a, my experience with Adam and his crew were amazing. Every step that they made, I was informed about even the deduction team were great.

This attorney was highly recommended and now I m wondering why, phone was never answered when I would call in, messages left were returned with a letter which followed a week or so later. I was asked to do the leg work a few times and when we would speak he was hurried and inattentive. A doctor almost killed me in November 2016, 7 months later he drops the case after previously telling us we definitely had a case. Dr. Kevin Easley has had 5 malpractice and 2 wrongful deaths in less than 10 years ago. Preston didn't care about that or the pain and suffering my husband and I endured. So not glad he wasted 7 months we could have had a legit attorney work on this. I could go on but, the gist is he was horrible and if I could I would give him a big ZERO stars. Thanks Preston for wasting 7 months of our time, you should have said up front if I was not damaged permanently you wouldn't take the case, guess you weren't going to make enough $$$$.
