I have used Mr. Bretz's legal services several times. Most of the work for which I have hired him has involved getting the proper paperwork completed to set up small businesses, or contract review. These are not a part of Mr. Bretz's listed specialties. However, that did not stop him from providing me excellent service that was executed promptly, professionally, and accurately. I would not hesitate to again hire Mr. Bretz for these legal services, or any others which he deemed himself properly suited to perform.

I've used Mr. Bretz on two occasions now. I own a rental property and have had less than stellar residents at times. Anthony gave me blunt, honest and realistic advice on what I was looking at and how to proceed both going forward and how to get back rent from the current renters. In the end, things worked out extremely well for me based on his advice and I was able to collect way more than I would have expected. Cherry on top is that it was very affordable

Im a landlord. Tony has helped me resolve a variety of issues over the years. He has consistently given me advice that is in my best interest as opposed to what makes him the most money, like when to send a letter on my behalf vs when to file a case. He has also been blunt on when I should seek other counsel (e.g. estate planning). I appreciate Tony's honesty and integrity....and ability to win the cases he's worked on for me.
