I called in response to a letter I received in the mail about a free consultation for a small debt issue. Hayley, at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and guided me through how this process would work. I then had some follow up questions that she referred me to Kris Boevingloh to discuss. Kris was also very knowledgeable and completely honest and upfront about how I could navigate these waters without harming my name/credit long-term. It was incredibly refreshing to have someone explain to me all my options, including their legal services, while also advising me to handle it on my own for sake of simplicity and cost. Kris helped me overcome a student loan hurdle that nobody else would touch.
