I hope you never need a lawyer, but if you do, you want Ben Aranda. Why do I say that? * He returned phone calls and emails (yes, really!). * He listened attentively until he knew what was important – and he efficiently culled the rest so I didn’t pay for wasted time. * He is brilliant – incredible with strategy, case law, and writing arguments if you ask me. Even when I was most frightened (and lawsuits ARE scary), he inspired confidence that I was in the best possible hands. * He’s direct, realistic, and meticulous – and he has a remarkable memory. * He kept me informed and focused throughout the process. * His prices are more than fair. * And oh-by-the-way: He’s a nice guy. We hired Ben for a contractor that screwed us out of thousands of dollars. We knew contracts are not Ben's main focus but we heard great things about him, both online and referrals. We took a shot and very happy we did. We recouped thousands the contractor stole from us, in cash! It wasn't everything but a very large portion. His fee was extremely fair and for this, we HIGHLY reccomend him!!

Dan had recommended creating some helpful documents (Power of Attorney and HIPPA Release for by 18 year old daughter who was attending college out of state. These came in very handy this past fall as she became ill. No one would talk to us, not the school, infirmary, local doctors. Luckily, we had all the needed paperwork at hand thanks to Dan's recommendation. I had it scanned and on my G-drive and was able to quickly email it to each office. It was only after they received these that they would begin to discuss her condition and impact of the illness at school. Thanks Dan.

Ben is one of the best attorneys I have ever met. He has handled a few different cases for me and each case he handled exceptionally well. He is friendly and down to earth with his clients but tough in the courtroom. He is easy to talk to and to communicate with (not once in the years he has been my attorney have I ever needed to speak with an assistant, paralegal or secretary) and he’s dedicated to his clients-even needy clients like me! One of the worst parts of moving my family to Chicago was knowing Ben would no longer be able to handle any legal problems I had! You can tell that it’s more than just a job for him, he truly cares about his clients and sees them as more than just another case.

He's very easy to talk with and he personally kept in constant communication with me-I never had to speak with an assistant or secretary. His pricing was reasonable for an attorney and he didn't stop until we received the results I wanted with my custody case. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!
