The service was great. I told them my problem, provided the information requested and paid what I’d consider an affordable fee. One thing I was initially concerned about was never speaking with him directly. We communicated via text or email after I’d called and spoken with someone at the office about my case. I would’ve given 4.5 stars, however, anytime I’d initiate communication, I’d get answers. Maybe not immediately but there was never a time that I’d have to wait days. It wad usually the same day and he’d communicate with me about what was going on just to keep me abreast so I still believe 5 stars is accurate.
