Nikki Moody excellent atty. She has represented several friends an family members an has kept them out of jail with her hard work an dedication to her clients. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Nikki is the best. She lets you know exactly what needs to be done to help you. She works around the clock for her clients and puts her heart into it. She gives it to you straight, and knows what shes talking about. I highly recommend her to anyone. She will def go to bat for you. And is well worth it.!!!!

Nikki Moody is an awesome attorney and very professional. I have had several through my years and she has been the best. Started off great! My friend laid for their legal representation and they kept in touch with my friend while locked up and even when he was released. When my friend got locked up again, he reached out to the same attorney. Lawyer patiently explained how things would work and He did good getting my friend out on an OR bond. When my friend foolishly messed up and got a warrant for his arrest & went back to jail (smh) that's when things went a little sour. Not only did the Lawyer not return any calls, texts and msgs from me (nor did he call my friend/his client while locked up) This Lawyer no longer worked for the company anymore. The Lawyer FAILED to mention this to my friend so neither my friend or I knew that he left and NOW my friend may possibly have NO REPRESENTATION. Only way we found out that the Lawyer didn't work for the company is when I called from my new phone and number (that's when the lawyer finally answered the phone and after weeks had spoken to me). Found out at my friend's court date, The Lead Lawyer Mr. Charles B. rescheduled my friend's court date. Still no notification or update from the company or Lawyer about rescheduled court date. I've called, left emails but STILL no response. I think it would be nice to have been notified that the Lawyer my friend paid went to another company leaving my friend with no lawyer (we guess). The Lawyer who no longer works there gave me a number for a Paralegal who still works at the People's Counsel and we have called so many times but nobody has responded to our calls or emails. I plan on visiting personally Monday because my friend would like to know what's going on.
