I’ve been dealing with Attorney Nikki Moody for a few years now and she never lets me down. She’s very professional. She always get the job done. She make sure she hear your out and understand your situation and what you want done and she is beyond great at what she does!! Ted Luby is TERRIBLE ! I called last week to get a quote and talked to his very kind front desk lady .(I’m sure) but today I called again and got forwarded straight to Luby himself and he more than doubled the prices it was originally , trying to explain my tickets to him he got frustrated saying he’s “to busy” to talk on the phone while also complaining about kids ... all I wanted was a decent layer , and that’s not him .

Nikki handled my DWI in 2018. Not only has working with Nikki been the best experience I have ever had with an attorney, but Nikki made it the best experience I have had working with the legal system in general. She was, and has continued to be, prompt, professional and effective. Nikki has also been by far the most accessible attorney I have ever met. I highly recommend Nikki for anything you may need.

When I hired Nikki Moody as my attorney I felt like I had someone on my side from the second I talked to her. She helped me through all of my legal issues the whole way and I really felt that she personally cared. She was there when I needed her and never missed a court date or a phone call , also always gave me reminders when I needed to do something or be somewhere. Nikki was there with me until the end! And is still there when I need legal advise or have questions. I would recommend her to anyone. She is the attorney that will have your back and not leave you wondering about what’s going on.. I have seen Ted try trials with much success. He has a thoughtful approach that includes good strategy. He is also a bulldog in trial. In civil and criminal matters, Ted has done a great job as a litigator and I recommend him.
