We did our will and estate planning with MLO law and our experience with them has been delightful. Everyone on their team is very supportive and responsive. We had many queries and they answered them promptly. Though every meeting we had was virtual because of ongoing pandemic, we didn't feel any gap in the quality of assistance they provided.

We needed up update our will and signed up for a one year plan to get it done. Unfortunately, time kind of got away from us and it was almost the end of the year when we reached out to Nalini to get the will done. She was very responsive with us and we were able to complete the entire process, including establishing a new living trust, with a very quick turnaround so that we didn't need to sign up for a second year unnecessarily. I engaged MLO to set an Estate Plan for my elderly mom. All the members of their team were professional, sensitive and very responsive. They actually pick up the phone when you call! Part of the process involved signing of electronic documents, and video conferencing which made the process flow smoothly and convenient. Who likes to schlep to an office if you do not have to? We were under an impossible unforeseen time constraint and had to do everythign in a single day (I called them that morning) and it included them having to arrange for witnesses. Who has witnesses just sitting around? They understood the situation and essentially did the impossible! My mom and I were very pleased. I would highly recommend them.

I called to make an appointment for my case and the manager spent almost half hour over the phone explaining everything I needed to know and answered all my questions with patient. So far it seems to me it's going to be so nice dealing with them. Thank you so much.

I reached out to Nalini for GC (I765, I131, I485) filling and I am pretty sure I made the right choice. She is a great immigration lawyer with lots of experience , very professional and most important thing is she is very dedicated towards the cases she handles. I would like to share my experience with Nalini. I was looking for a lawyer to help me to renew my green card and create power of attorney and Nalini was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I cannot describe how happy I am with the help she gave to me and my family. What I like the most is that Nalini is very experienced and customer centric. I should start by saying that from the start, our experience with MLO Law with regards to our estate planning was very professional. MLO Law was the only Law firm that I contacted that actually answered the phone with the first call. The other two firms called back eventually. MLO Law showed concern for our needs immediately. My Wife and I wanted to secure our estate and protect our estate, family, and children with a Revocable Living Trust, Financial and Healthcare Power of Attorney, Living Will, Last will and testament, and Advanced Healthcare Directive for many years. Several of our friends shared their experience of how their parents had their estates end up in probate and we did not want to have this happen to our loved ones. We had MLO Law file a Beneficiary Deed with the local government as well, which will keep our home from going to probate court. It was done professionally by MLO Law. MLO Law made the whole process very simple and stress free for us. The Lawyer and Paralegal's were there for us with regards to any questions, whether by phone call or e-mail, and no questions or concerns were left unanswered. There is a great relief when the whole process is complete as you will feel a great burden removed, and great comfort knowing that your estate is legally protected from the chances of things going to probate court. Working with Nalini made the whole green card application process extremely easy. My husband and I believe that receiving a detailed list of all the documents we had to submit to the office made everything so much easier. Nalini and the rest of the MLO Law staff were very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Finally, Nalini even attended our final interview with the USCIS officer, where the officer recognized how thorough Nalini was with the submission of all the required documents, which was the main reason for the quick processing of our green card process.
