Joe is an extremely smart and competent lawyer who conducts himself with integrity and compassion. In my consultations with him over the past 20 years, he has always considered the likely outcome of potential litigation before engaging the legal process and he strongly advocates for compromise between parties as a first effort to resolve issues.
