From the very first moment I met Ms. Kelly Davidzuk, I was impressed with how professional she acted and her straightforwardness about my case. I know she is empathetic about me and my situation and that she’ll do everything within her power and within the law to fight for my rights. Unlike other attorneys who just go through the motions and try to squeeze every last dollar out of their clients, Ms. Davidzuk is the exception! She’s concise, succinct and cares about me as a person. She sets a standard for lawyers that should be emulated by them all and I highly recommend her to anyone needing legal counsel.

Kelly helped me with a traffic ticket I got in St. Charles County. She did a great job and ensured that there were no points on my license and that the charge was amended to a non-moving violation.

I used Kelly Jenkins as my attorney for my divorce. She was very professional, supportive, and understanding. She kept me up to date on what was going on throughout the whole process and answered questions with honest answers and information. She was knowledbeable about the case and laws pertaining to what was going on with my specific case. I would recommend her and use her again if I should ever need an attorney.

Kelly handled my divorce and settlement in a professional manner and performed well above her counterpart. She provided the level of legal advice I requested and guided me through the cumbersome process of the legal system. Kelly was up front in all matters of the needed proceedings and was completely honest in expectations. I do recommend Kelly for others as she does also have the backing of an experienced firm which she doesn't hesitate to lean on for assistance and guidance.

Be careful! Make sure you have an extensive list of questions concerning your case. Most importantly, a ballpark figure of the cost. The initial consultation is free but if you decide to move forward with Kelly as your representation, she will charge you for EVERYTHING after that consultation. Even for hiring her. I wished to modify my visitation to a 50/50 split. It was an additional 4 days per month and an overnight stay on Sundays. I was told specifically " I can't imagine it costing more than $5000.00, as long as it doesn't go to trial." My grand total for this case is $8740.62, $3200 of which I'm still making payments on. There hasn't even been a pre-trial conference, let alone a trial, and Kelly Jenkins simply withdrew as my attorney, didn't even speak to me about it. I had to call her. She subpoenaed multiple documents and I was charged for every single one, running up an excessive bill. I'm in worse shape now than when I started this whole process. I've since sought out other legal council. Kelly Jenkins' employer, Stange Law Firm, utilizes a documenting system which houses all of the legal documents and invoices online, which clients can access at any time. While this is a great concept, in my opinion, Ms. Jenkins, and the staff in her office rely too heavily on this as a means for communication. The office in St Charles itself has a feeling of being unorganized. I gave my credit card information to pay on my invoice and had to call three times to check if the funds were going to be withdrawn. Each time I was assured it would happen. It never did and I had to physically walk in and pay with cash. No progress has been made on my case. I'm left with a stack of subpoenaed docs that do not help my case, as well as a very sizable bill. Seek other representation!
