Mr. Schriener keeps abreast of both federal and Missouri state law, particularly with regard to habeas and criminal law issues. I always turn to him for advice on these matters and he tells me of the latest decisions by both state and federal courts that affect my practice of law. I know from what he tells me about his c cases that he often finds issues that other attorneys and even the judges or prosecutors have missed and then goes on to win relief for his clients. There is no better attorney around to handle habeas cases in particular. Since habeas cases depend so much on both state and federal criminal law, he has to keep abreast of the ever-changing laws and court decisions in this regard.

Attorney Kevin Schriener was like a god sent, When all hope was lost, he was able to help my son, not only as an attorney, but also supportive , in all aspects, he is a good man.

Kevin knows exactly what to do to get the best results and then proceeds to do it. He got a prior case against my son dismissed after my son's unwarranted guilty plea 7 years before, which cleared my son's record. Kevin knew the law and my son's legal defenses exactly, and step-by-step proceeded to retrieve old records, file the motions in court, and contact the prosecutor who agreed not to prosecute. Kevin really cares about his clients, and he responds to his clients' questions immediately. Kevin is simply the best and a very outstanding attorney who keeps you informed, is very responsive and extremely proactive. Recently, he assisted me in vacating a 10 year old guilty plea and furthermore getting the case completely dismissed. His knowledge of the Missouri criminal law is outstanding.

Well I needed him for two reasons and he was gracious with the price considering it being 2 class b felonies. I had the warrant removed which was the first priority since I'm a transfer from Missouri to Florida. He managed to get the warrant revoked without me having to even come back to Missouri and a few months later as paid and agreed for he would set a motion for termination of probation. He was very professional and adamant about knowing when the appropriate time to set the motion was, considering I had so many discrepancy's that made the termination much more difficult. The phone wasn't so necessary and I tried to talk to him more than what was needed to working on my case because he got my probation terminated and the warrant dismissed which was the two reasons I hired him for, exactly as worded on the contract; which he immediately assigned being able to give proof of receipts in case of time lapse or etc. He did get for me.

Mr Schriener is the criminal defense attorney you most definitely want to represent you. He pays close attention to his clients and always returns feedback when questions are asked on time. I hired him to vacate convictions on my record that greatly affected my immigration status. He was a able to get me a positive result which will really help my immigration filing process.
