To be perfectly honest I'm a little disappointed I didn't expect to be the one doing all the document gathering especially after the national archives robed me for $99 for an email copy of the DD214 which was supposed to come in 10 days that's slower than snail mail and it took over a month ,I found another firm that does all the work and take the upfront cost off of my 80% and after all is said and done there happy to receive their 20% so you figure it out for yourselves, me I'm not a happy camper.
