Emily was referred to me by someone else who had used her services. She helped us set up a Trust and I was extremely happy with her throughout the entire process. She answered all of my MANY questions and remained nothing but patient and kind; spending a lot of time explaining things to me and never making me feel rushed. She was willing to meet us in our home, but we chose to go to her office. She had a quick turn-around with the documents and called me at my convenience (8pm) to answer all my questions about the drafts. We mostly communicated via e-mail and her response time is remarkable! Speedy-fast replies to all e-mails…even the ones we sent AFTER our Trust was complete (about funding the Trust)….even though she could have ignored us because her work was done and she was already paid. By the way, her fees are also very reasonable and it’s one flat amount for the entire trust or will package, not an hourly rate. I would definitely use her again and would recommend her to friends and family (I already have!). I really appreciated her time, advice, and expertise….she was a real pleasure to work with.

We recently hired Matt to form our Corporate Agreements and Promissory notes to investors. He has also assisted with non-solicitation agreements from a former employer. Matt has been outgoing, easy to work with, and extremely helpful. I can definitely recommend Matt for this type of work.
