The Smith Law firm is a small firm but will get you results of the big ones and personable feeling of a small one, Neil will always take your phone calls or get back to you with in a very timely manner to answer your questions or give you updates on your case to help ease your mind and talk you through it because anyone with legal issues knows waiting for a return call or answer to questions isn't fun. I highly recommend Neil for all your legal issues you will not only find a great lawyer but you will find a good friend also!

Elaine Pudlowski did not represent the best interests of the children in my case. She only represented her financial interests. Pudlowski was not professional, not knowledgeable, and not responsive. She was hostile, dishonest and intimidating. She delayed our custody case for 3 painful and long years during which time she did everything she could in her role as a GAL to steal my children from me and alienate them from their loving mother. I would not recommend this professional to anyone.

Neil is the attorney you want by your side for any divorce or custody battle! I could not have asked for a more understanding and professional person to be by my side for one of the hardest things I have gone through! He made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way and helped me through the whole process! I highly recommend him!!

Trying to choose a lawyer when you're already in a situation of overwhelm and/or crisis can seem almost impossible. So finding a lawyer who explained the process in real world terms and then gave me clear payment options was a relief. She even let me know what to look for if I decided to interview other providers. I've actually worked with her several times and I can say she is THE one you want on your side!
