Joe Flees is a highly effective attorney. He and his office communicate very well. I always felt like a client and never just a docket number. Joe basically turned 70 years in prison into 5 years of probation. I absolutely believe I received the finest legal representation available. I would retain Joe and FJR for the same case all over again, or any other legal issue that might ever arise.

**************Update********* New attorney resolved same issue I hired Brad DeDe to do in one court date. What DeDe said was impossible and couldn’t be done was done today. Yes you did refund half the fee. How about all of it?? You clearly took money and did not resolve an issue that you said was impossible to accomplish. Just a waste of time, seven months to be exact and money down the drain. You were full of excuses and did not deliver. The other half is due back to me to finish paying my new legal team. Up next small claims court to recoup remaining half of fees. Should not have to pay for work not done. I wish I could give zero stars Don’t hire this guy. He is a fraud and scam artist. He will say he can represent you. Take your money and do the opposite. Refuse to return calls. Show up in court unprepared. Ask you to go on witness stand without any preparation of line of questioning or anything. This is the worst attorney I’ve experienced. He continually asked for more money yet hasn’t done any work to resolve agreed upon case in original meeting. Then he excuses himself when asked for an itemized statement of billable hours. He makes excuses and never address your concerns in court. He sides with the opposition. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! Verbatim “I have used up the retainer fee. I don't mean to sound like a grumpy lawyer but time is all we have in this profession. Thank you for your kind and courteous attention to this letter. Brad” Yet he can’t return a phone call, provide a statement as to what he did with retainer, unprepared in court, can’t explain the courts position, or order his own hospital records or police reports. This has been a nightmare of an experience. Then he excuses himself from the case. Go figure that one out after asking for more money to do work that he agreed to do in the beginning.

Great experience with Joe Flees and Dan Juengel. Every question was answered and specifically addressed. Professional service and representation with confidence. It was a long battle that took almost five years fighting against four prosecuting attorneys and the COVID-19 pandemic. In times when technology is involved and a cyber crime charge started getting complicated, it felt assuring to have both Joe and Dan helping with the case. Their firm wants the best possible outcome for the client and they did exactly that. Hardly could have expected anything better.

This is all the review you need!!! Joe flees name needs to be on the door! Period! Google needs more then 5 stars. This firm deserves more. Joe flees was always there for me every step of the way. Even helped me when I didn't have a dime on the books. Prepare yourself as Joe flees is not your friend and will not tell you what you want to hear!!! He will not sugar coat your situation. He will take his knowledge and your evidence and make it work. What you don't know is Joe thinks like a prosecutor because he was one. So for some of you that don't know he is seeing your case from multiple angles. Your getting 2 attorneys for the price of one! My name is above if Google allows it to be displayed and your welcome to contact me for further help or questions. Joe thanks so much as you know you have saved my life, you know where I was mentally. Ty so much!

My family retained this law office for a very serious criminal matter. We did our due diligence of contacting attorneys and getting as many consultations as possible before deciding to move forward. We initially met with Associate Attorney Bryan Matthew, who was welcoming, and his delivery seemed promising. My family remained very patient with the law firm as the charges were very serious and we understood this would take time (being years). Initially, the case was going well. Mr. Matthews maintained great communication with keeping our family updated along the way and it seemed we were getting quality representation. Mr. Matthews left the firm for a better opportunity and the case took a downturn afterwards. After Mr. Matthews left, our defense team seemed like they were building a case against our loved one. We felt that we were fighting the prosecution ALONG with our paid defense team. Meetings with Mr. Juengel turned into how our loved one should take an unfavorable plea because the odds were stacked against him and there was no way he would get a better outcome. There were no positives spoken by our defense, which made our loved one feel pressured to take the plea. He did not feel comfortable with going to trial with an attorney who did not seem like he was fighting for him. We strongly feel there were additional avenues that could have been pursued, as well as additional depositions towards the end of case but there was intense pressure from the prosecution and defense for a plea agreement. After spending over $35,000, I wish we would have retained a different law firm who had more compassion towards my loved one and not looked at him as a case that needed to be closed. From the defense standpoint, he was guilty at the point of initial consultation.
