Neil helped us in a particularly nasty custody case. We couldn't recommend him highly enough. With his help we ended up getting everything we wanted, with the Judge seeing the reality of our case, while Neil was successful in minimizing our inevitable outlay in legal fees. His knowledge of the law and his ability to navigate it to get the right outcome was much appreciated. He is candid, honest and really everything you could want from a legal advisor. My wife and I worked with Michael Payne to complete our trust. The entire experience was one that we hold very dear. Michael walked us through each step with care and concern. Giving us time to think and talk. Surprisingly we felt a huge weight lifted off of us and our children. He also put together the LLC for my busingess. Elaine was our Guardian at Litem that was assigned to us. She was very fair and explained all the legal stuff in ways we understood. Its very apparent that she tries to find what is best for the child, especially during a time that tensions are so high. Even though we didn't chose to use her, and she was assigned to us by our Judge, I would still highly recommend her!
