David Becher was blocked by Neil Smith on here because he reported him to the Supreme Court of Missouri for taking his money for a QDRO and then wouldn’t return emails, texts or phone calls to finish it. He was for his ex’s attorney so he lost a lot of money in his divorce. All of the reviews from the last 7 months on here are from after he was reported so he told his friends and relatives what to write. Beware of an incompetent lawyer!

Can't recommend Neil more highly - he is intelligent, compassionate, and kind - but still a fighter. He easily explains complicated topics and takes the time to make sure you understand. An excellent lawyer and an excellent firm!

Very unprofessional lawyer. I had a consultation with her about child support enforcement and she was unsupportive at all asking a lot of weird questions like “ do you have proof he has funds “ or “ are you sure you want to do it now , just wait for higher amount “ . Then she said she needs to put her creative hat on and will call me back . I never received a call back even though I left two messages with the receptionist. Will not recommend .

I had an appointment with her at 1pm. I can’t receiving generic text messages reminding me about my appointment. I was told that an email was sent to me which I never received so I called the number and hour before my appointment and they confirmed that I had an appointment at 1 PM. I called at 1 PM and the attorney was not even in the office today. How rude and unprofessional is thisbased off the comments, I won’t be calling her back. This is bad for a first time client.

Elaine is a very compassionate and knowledgeable lawyer who really cares for the work and is good at what she does. Elaine was assigned to my case as a GAL. She is incredible at what she does. You can tell she keeps what is best for the child at the top of her priority list. I really appreciate the time she spent working with my child and the voice she was able to give to my child without them needing to be put through the stress of confronting both parents in that type of setting.
