The best law firm in town. Aaron Vogel got his cards well placed when he's representing you. He did a fantastic job. He took me through my case step by step & explained everything very well. He knows the ins & out & knows how to handle insurance companies very well. Tania Kocke who was my Paralegal was a star. She was very meticulous in the way she handled my case & she's one of the best. Veronica Dominguez who was my case manager was my super star. She was very thoughtful & thorough. This trio went above & beyond & they are my heroes. They made me feel well represented & the results told the whole story. They know how to deal with insurance people who never wanted to pay but finally they settled my case to full policy limits. I was very happy & pleased with the outcome. Thank you guys.... It's 10/10 for me because 5 stars in an under statement.

Do not waste your time or money on this man!!! His due process draft was so shallow and it was evident he did not know my son or our situation. He sent one demand letter to the school and received no response, did no follow up and still took the entire 5k retainer. Dan Pingelton that's a poor business practice.

Dan is a very effective lawyer and a good guy. Before I hired him I consulted two other prominent CoMO lawyers. Both said: wow, your husband is really out for your blood—so Dan Pingelton is the lawyer for you! They were right.

Very seldom can we say money well spent but Mr. Pingelton's skill and knowledge are worth every penny if you're in a custody hearing as I was.
