I hired Daniel in 2015 to help me clear my record from an arrest back in 2005. Daniel was relentless, going out of his way time and time again to get the job done. Daniel has an excellent ethical and moral compass and does right by his clients. He's one of the best you will find in Columbia, MO. I strongly recommend Daniel, you will not be disappointed.

Daniel is the absolute best lawyer I could have asked for. Upon hiring him, he gained my trust immediately because of his dedication to my case. He was always available for my questions and/ or concerns and acted like my case was always his top priority. In addition, he went out of his way to push and make sure everything was taken care of as soon as possible. Above all, he was kind, extremely personable, and patient. My case was dismissed in the end, and I would recommend him in an instant. I am so thankful for everything he has done for me!

In the interest of full disclosure I went to law school for three years with Daniel. We studied less than 4 feet away from each other day and night. So, I know Dan. I saw what the pressure cooker of law school and life did to some of our peers. Under this same pressure I never saw Dan’s character waiver. Dan stood his ground for the right thing 100% of the time. If my son or parents were in legal trouble there is no lawyer I would trust more with their case. I have also worked for Dan on a case providing law-related services. He understands his clients have budgets and works to keep their fees low, but he still seeks to give them the best defense they can afford. I didn't give Dan the top mark under "Knowledgeable" because we are both in our first year out of law school. However, Dan works with three very experienced attorneys so don't sweat that fact.
