The attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, are all very professional and they will do their best to answer any questions you have. They will explain things into detail for you. You may not like what you hear (but, I had to remind myself they know the laws.... I don't) If you need an attorney that cares about you and not just the $$$ signs... then these are the people you need to talk to. Where do I even begin? These are by far the kindest, nicest, understanding people you’ll ever work with! I had a terrible experience with another firm, and I lost all my faith in the law process. Thankfully, I found this amazing firm! They took the things others said wouldn’t happen, and made them happen! They truly understood your needs. They would tell you what would most likely happen, what they thought, but remind you that they worked for you. Not once did I feel unwelcome or like I was a bother. I had the duo team! Jordan and Lydia have been a huge blessing! I truly can say, that I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for them! They spent countless hours helping and guiding me every step of the way! The rest of the staff was always kind and considerate for any reason! Anytime I hear someone needing a firm, I recommend them! I say I’m not sure if they can do it or not, but call and ask because they are one heck of a team! I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experiences!

Jessica and Jeff, pulled through for me under my circumstances. I was in a small town with a difficult judge deciding wrongful information from a detention center. While my main Attorney was out for medical purposes, Jeff stepped in to back Jessica up, and helped me and my family out. This office will work for you and not leave you hanging on your legal endeavors. Jessica is quick and fast with getting the "Appropriate information", where it is needed to get you home. Unethical and unprofessional. Jordan Hudspith took my case and did very little work on it. The times that I did get to communicate with her, she demonstrated very little knowledge of what we previously talked about. I mentioned having trouble with her to the secretary, when I was trying to leave a message for Hudspith. The secretary offered that I could talk to her supervisor and I said, maybe and that I wanted to give her chance to return my call, which never happened. The next day Netemeyer and Hudspith called me back on the line together. It was clear from the point I answered the phone that Netemeyer did not like or respect me and felt the need to "put me in my place." Netemeyer yelled at me repeatedly and then told me that they would not be representing me anymore. This was NOT a conversation. He spent most of the time berating and insulting me and would not let me get a word in. It was awful and out of the blue. I had never had any communications with Netemeyer before and did not ask to talk to him. They kept most of my $4K retainer. The firm made it clear that they did NOT want to discuss this further. I did not feel that I had the money to switch attorneys so I begged them to continue to represent me. In retrospect, I am glad that I was forced to switch attorneys, since I later found a competent and ethical attorney at another firm.

Ben was awesome! He’s a realist. But also listens to exactly what you want.

It was very hard to get into their office in my wheelchair. The sidewalk and entrance are at dangerous angles.

Jordan Hudspith was wonderful. She was quick to respond to questions and made the whole process as easy as it could possibly be.
