I hired Andrew Popplewell 5 days before my final DWI video hearing. My first attorney was not very honest and ghosted me a month before the end of my case. I frantically called several attorneys in one day. I knew in the first couple of minutes on the phone that Andrew should have been the attorney on my case from the start. He is straight forward and to the point. He patiently answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. He also told me that he was willing to take over if I wanted, but I really did not need him for this and should save my money. I hired him anyway because I was concerned that my last attorney didn't handle my case properly. I felt much better having Andrew look my case over and having him there representing me. A client should be able to feel confident that their attorney is doing their best for them. Had I hired Andrew in the beginning, it would have saved me a lot of unnecessary stress.

An 8 year old DUI was still haunting me, so I called Andrew for help. After a short phone conversation and very low fee for his service, the problem was solved. Fast and effective. Thank you!

I'm an attorney from California who's son got a speeding ticket going 100 in a 70. After a Google search I found and called Andrew. He let me know the court where the appearance actually was (Rolla, MO), was too far away from his office for him to help. Andrew helped me out after another attorney strung me along and was incredibly unprofessional. He was quick, to the point, and assured me I would be okay. I had a short time frame to work with him upon our initial meeting, but he knew exactly how to handle the situation. He knows what he is doing and helped me get a situation under control that could've ended up much worse without him. If you want an attorney that knows the law and will win, then select Andrew. He successfully handled a local case for me with the most positive outcome timely and effectively. He handled another for me that was complex which involved statutory revisions to state law and initial objection from the state attorney. He also prevailed where many other attorneys would likely have given up. Andrew doesn't quit until he receives the most favorable outcome for his client.
